HISTORY OF RELIGIONS
The history of Religions is normally started with the polytheistic religion of Sumerian and Mesopotamian civilizations by the scientific community; but the Indian Epics describe a religion which was thriving with interesting ideas about the universe and it’s occupants like us and then the lesser gods of extra ordinary powers as the next category and other various types of celestial beings at the various levels of creation with specific powers and responsibilities. Even if these literatures exactly don’t call these lesser or demi gods ‘Aliens’, a simile would be most appropriate considering the fact that the specific word ‘Alien’ was not discovered as a common word to describe people who flew around in saucers and who were similar to humans or may disassemble atoms by thought to take shapes similar to humans.
There is but we have to agree that an uncanny similarity between the sumerian civilization and the civilization in ‘Bharata Varsha’ (or as a western word ‘Rama cities’, describing the regions in ancient Bharata where Rama ruled or has ruled), for they both never have given undue importance to these gods (who in sanskrit are ‘Devas’); who were nevertheless considered as important adjuncts in the overall picture, with miraculous powers which the main god called ‘Daiva’ ( Meaning God- which itself had three manifestations, but overly stressed to be the same as the main one with no differences) had given them, but with no powers for introspection- in the Indian Religion; and they were called Anunnakis or lesser gods in the sumerian civilization with clear indication they flew and were an alien race and with miraculous powers, but with a decision maker god over them called ‘Anu’ and the unexplained silence of the origin and spirit of Anu ( he is only described as an overseer or the then ruler of the home planet or higher dimension). The sumerians were, (as the ancient indians) intelligent and smart enough to understand that these gods ( whom both the civilizations NEVER called ‘GODS’- that term were coined by the lesser gods to harness us ever in a fear producing coccus called religion; and we also helped them a lot by succumbing to fear and ignorance ) were not ultimate and the eternal life is not just raising the ‘shem’ but something far beyond, called ‘Ka'(or jiva in indian philosophy) which according to Egyptians (Egyptian religion and the ‘book of the dead’ stemmed from Sumerian writings, which were copies of much ancient civilizations) represented some thing in the body which gave life breath.
The other religions came much later with poorly copied, but spicy inclusions with tit bits of writings included in Hebrew from cuneiform and hieroglyphic massive books to originate old testament and the bible was a welcome change to be added up with carefully masked euphemisms and anthologies from the eastern philosophy; by jesus who was enlightened by his own effort and sacrifices on his journey through Persia, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Himalayas, Tibet, Gaya, and Benares. He has become Christ by the supreme sacrifices he has done for the mankind as a whole and thus united with the godhead. The main priests of the secret society of Egypt helped him in the initiation of mystical routines and Jesus was such baptized into Christ; to be included in the selected few, who could roam the multi dimensional dream worlds and decide over the watchers for till the dissolution of this universe.
The Islamic religion came up much later with the pacifying ideas of Eastern Asia mixed up in a nice combination with the importance of Blood in Religions- for sacrifices to God or for the religion. The popularity of Islam grew because it permits the followers to take blood or give blood in the process of building up a society.
The Religions thus if we take an aerial perspective from 20,000 B.C to the present day, have grown their grip over the fear of individuals in the modern society in a time span of may be 1500-2000 years only and as the ignorance of minds grew over time, fear of the unknown also increased and the religions slowly consolidated their grip by the selfish interests of priests and their families and for this brilliant idea; we would have to give a thumbs up sign to our reptilian originators, who along with giving us a sexually and basic survival instinct oriented part of reptilian brain; ‘Confused our Languages’ when they destroyed the ‘Tower of Babel’ and introduced the wonderful concept of religions with them as the Gods and infused the minds of this present cycle of civilization with enough fear to be automatically oriented towards the Priests whose ancestral origin started by the temples they themselves built before becoming ‘hidden’ and then instituted the custom of priesthood (usually pretty women- when it started) and later slowly made it a multi billion dollar worth industry, having tentacles in even the remotest parts of the world, and with a turn over of billions of souls per year.
